Welcome to Artfluence. These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of our digital artwork and creative services.
By placing an order with Artfluence, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Artfluence is a UK-registered limited company providing digital artwork and creative services to clients internationally, operating as ARTFLUENCE LTD. Our registered office, contact email, and phone number are listed in the footer of this page.
Our services may include, but are not limited to:
All commissions are custom-made according to the requirements agreed between Artfluence and the client.
Before work begins, the client may be asked to provide:
The client is responsible for ensuring that all references and information supplied to Artfluence are accurate and that they have the necessary rights or permissions to provide those materials.
Prices are quoted in the currency stated at the time of purchase or invoice.
The final price may depend on factors including:
Payment must be completed according to the payment terms stated on the relevant invoice or order confirmation.
Artfluence may require full payment or an agreed deposit before beginning work.
An order is considered confirmed once the required payment has been received and Artfluence has accepted the commission.
Because Artfluence provides individually created and customised digital artwork, payments for confirmed commissions are non-refundable once work has commenced.
This includes deposits and partial payments made toward a custom commission.
Once an artist has started working on a commission, the payment covers time, labour, creative work, planning, communication, and other resources allocated to the project.
Accordingly, clients may not request a refund simply because they have changed their mind, no longer require the artwork, or are dissatisfied with a personal preference that is consistent with the agreed commission specifications.
Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or restrict any refund, cancellation or other legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
Clients should contact Artfluence as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.
Cancellation requests will be considered according to the stage of the commission and applicable law.
If work has already commenced, payments will generally remain non-refundable because the commission involves personalised creative work and time that has already been allocated.
If Artfluence cancels a commission before completion for reasons within Artfluence's control, Artfluence may provide an appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
The number of revisions included in a commission will depend on the package or agreement selected by the client.
Reasonable revisions may be included where stated in the commission agreement.
Requests that substantially change the original brief, composition, character design, pose, or other agreed requirements may be treated as additional work and may incur an additional charge.
Clients are encouraged to provide clear references and requirements before work begins.
Completed artwork will normally be delivered digitally using an appropriate electronic delivery method.
Delivery times vary depending on the complexity of the project, queue size, revisions, and communication with the client.
Artfluence will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery times, but an estimated completion date is not a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Artfluence retains copyright and intellectual-property rights in the artwork created.
The client receives the usage rights specifically agreed at the time of purchase.
Purchase of a digital artwork does not automatically transfer copyright ownership to the client.
Artfluence may retain the right to display completed artwork in its portfolio, website, social media, promotional material, or other marketing channels unless a private or confidential commission arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Commercial usage, resale rights, licensing, copyright transfer, or other extended rights must be agreed separately.
Clients must only provide images, characters, logos, designs, photographs, or other materials that they have permission or legal rights to use for the commission.
The client is responsible for any claims arising from materials supplied by the client that infringe another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Artfluence reserves the right to refuse work that appears to infringe third-party rights or applicable law.
Artfluence reserves the right to refuse commissions that violate applicable law, intellectual-property rights, platform policies, or our internal service policies.
We may also refuse requests involving content that we reasonably believe could create legal, safety, copyright, or payment-processing concerns.
Clients should contact Artfluence first if they have a question or concern regarding a payment or commission.
Where a client initiates a payment dispute or chargeback, Artfluence may provide the relevant order information, invoice, correspondence, commission brief, payment records, and evidence of work performed to the applicable payment provider.
This section does not prevent a customer from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.
Artfluence may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will be published on this website with the applicable "Last Updated" date.
